Florida avocados have smooth skin, are big, light green and the flesh is watery. Smaller Californian avocadoes are much darker and bumpier on the outside and the flesh is buttery, crreamy and smooth. The types Haas, fuerte and Mexican avocados are lower in carbs too, just in case you run into any.

If it came from Chile it is almost the same as a Californian avocado.
