175 seems to be my nemesis. Everytime I get there, I back slide. I haven't weighed in on my home scales for over a week because I am in the middle of a move. But I got weighed at the Dr. yesterday (of course THEIR scales always read more than mine... plus I was fully dressed, tennis shoes and all)... 194 by their scales. ick.

Maybe I will go pick up my scales tonight and do a weigh-in.... sigh.
