down a bit more... I am going down but at this rate it will be Xmas before I am near my goal wt. Oh well. I will just keep at it. I know if I am really stridgent I could do better but I guess I will have to be happy with 1# a week. the only thing is sometimes it's not even that. At least I don't go up to much and always head back down again even though it is at a turtels pace.
