I started all of these supplements in two phases -- a couple of weeks apart so it is hard to say exactly what worked and what did not.

The bottom line is after taking some of these for about 4 weeks and all of it for two weeks I am ten pounds below my stall weight of 262 pounds. A weight that I was stalled at for nine months.

I remember that I was taking CoQ10 when I first started Atkins and then stopped due to the high cost. I don't know if that was part of what stalled me or not.

So I would highly recommend all these pills under the following conditions:
1. You have been stalled for 3 or more months
2. You have been eating close to "zero" carbs (no fruit or vegies)
3. You can't exercise more
4. You don't want to starve yourself -- eating too few calories can also be a problem

In other words, if you have been trying induction for 3 months, cheated very little, and your weight has not changed (there is one particular you keep seeing over and over) then you might want to try all of this.

IMHO most people can simply start exercising more, cut out carbs, etc to lose weight. In my case none of this was possible.
