On my journey to find the balance on my body with nature I became Vegetarian 10 years ago, then Vegan 5 years ago, and then went the extra mile for RawVegan 3 years ago… every time getting more sick and more stobburn about my ideas, until my health and weight couldn’t hide the truth.

So I changed to eat meat, then Atkins, and now paleo that sounds like “the perfect balance”, but I have to say that I am so sad, very sad because I can’t seem to digest “coconut oil” I start using it with my cooking and I just got a major stomach upset, then rested for 5 days from it and today ate it again and in the first intent I got my stomach complaining. (I bought a new brand to see if that was the problem, but it wasn’t that).

Have you heard about someone being just “allergic” to it. I can digest bacon, meat fat, why I can’t seem to digest this saturated fat?… any ideas? Did I damage something by being Vegan so long? that now I need more time to start developing more enzymes for fat?
