welcome here and congrats for changing your WOE. I didnt start working out until after the induction diet but since then I usually do some form of exercise 5 times a week. The really neat part is that I dont use weights however I do muscle building exercises and I have more muscle definition now than I did when I was a teen!! Its all because eating this way encourrages your body to rid itself of fat and then builkds muscle.
