Hi Jag, I gave the HIIT a try last night and I would have to say it is one of th best workouts that I have had in awhile! I actually had fun and time went by faster. It did 16 minutes sprinting 1 min and jogging 1 min (walking made my legs start to cramp really bad) and then when I was done with that I did the same thing on the eliptical(probably spelled that wrong) machine then I did a mile on the bike for a cool down. I'm so excited to do it again today!
