I tried the fried chicken with parmesan and pecan....Mmmmmm
Athough, I did try something a bit different...I put the pecans in my coffee bean grinder and gave it 2 pulses....perfect...mixed well with the parmesan. No salt or pepper needed. DE-O-Lishes
