cheers guys, i do eat some veggies, tomatoe, mushrooms, onions, salad greens, but not a lot... just cant stomach them and i think this is what made me quit atkins last time round...

I'm a big believer in not forcing myself to eat things i dont like, just doesn't seem logical to me to eat something and hate every minute of it....

anyway, we'll see how it goes...
