Default how is this for my first day of paleo eating???

b: 2 eggs, 6oz of fish, tomatoes, 2 cups broccoli
l: beef jerky
d: 2 cups broccoli, tomatoes, a turkey burger, 2 slices of lean ham, and an avocado
post dinner snack: 6 oz of fish, two more eggs, spinach

I am trying to eat paleo, I've read neanderthin and cordain's book, I am also trying to help my psychotic mood swings/severe depression that are a result of being vegan and nutrient deprived for 8 mo's. Yes, I am under a doctors care so don't worry. I don't need to lose weight I just need to maintain it. I have a problem with binging on nuts and sometime fruits. Need advice on how to maintain my weight without over doing those items since they really wreak havoc on my moods (esp the fruit).
