I'm not on bc pills now, but was a few years ago prior to atkins. I was one of those people who gained a ton of weight from them. I can't speak to what happens when you're on Atkins and bc pills at the same time, but from my horrible experience with the pill, I can imagine it being a hinderance to weight loss on atkins. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful!
