Don't expect to feel like doing it.
The key is to not think about what you feel like doing. Do it because you planned to do it, because you scheduled it, because it is what you are going to do. Turn off your brain, don't think about what you want to do, do not evaluate. Excercise because you decided to, not because you feel like it. It's just the next thing you're (and I'm) going to do. Period.
Now turn the computer off. I am and I'm off to the gym now. Do I feel like it? I don't know. I'm not thinking about it. I am just going because it's on my calendar for 3:30.
