Lazy....what is wrong with me?
Well i am hoping some of you will have some advise for me. I work 3 shifts a week 12 hrs a night.When I am not at work i am sitting on my A$$ or sleeping.I know if i got up and did things i would feel so much better and the weight would come off alot faster.But i can't seem to get myself up to do anything.What is wrong with me?
