Wink Lost something finally

My first 2 weeks I lost 10 lbs and than nothing for 4 weeks. I got on the scale today and am down 3 more pounds. A month is such a long time for 3 pounds but I figure at least it's down and not up. Other than the slow slow loss I feel great and my blood sugars are better. I am a diabetic so my doctor thinks controoling carbs is the only way to lower my sugar. How do I change my weights? Thanks
