We have a new member, Picaboo, who just started CAD and is concerned that after four days her 1 and 2 hour sugar levels are still high after the RM.

She can't stay with Atkins because of her carb addiction and is looking to do Weight Watchers or another program. I'd appreciate any reassurance you can give her that CAD works, from a diabetic's perspective.

I would like to encourage here to give CAD 2-3 weeks.
