Hi all, Having just started Atkins carb diet?, Am now into 4 days. OK so far with no problems so far. I was reading the carb counter booklet (Atkins) and see it lists Pork sausages as 1.0 carbs each. Having looked around the local supermarket for commercial make sausages found some Pork Sausages that show as 12.8 gms per 100gms. This pack weighed 454gms with 8 sausages. So therefore each sausage is approximately 6.5gms??. QUESTION......Why the big difference or have I been reading the labels wrong?.
