I usually try to eat a regular LC meal as closely as possible before donating, and avoid their sweet juice. I always take along some cheese as it has some carbs for after. The coffee or tea would be fine.

Don't worry about the 'medicinal cookies'. You only had one package so perhaps the Whoosh Fairy will take it into account.
