Raisins don't need to be sweetened, as they're already supersweet naturally. They're nearly 80% sugar by weight!
According to our Carb Counter tool, 100g seedless raisins have 79.13g carbs / 4g fiber. 100g = approx. 3½ oz.
For the cup measure, 1 cup (packed) has 130.56g carbs / 6.6g fiber.
