I am flat out starving today...sheeshh...
Since i started working out 3 weeks ago the scale has not moved maybe up a few, but loosing inches in chest (yah no more man boobs soon) and waist so not discouraged.
but today i am just starving, i am eating hte same as always nothing more or less.
before i started working out when i got hungry i would get a visit from woosh dude but havent had a starving day since workout day 1..
crosses fingers..i really do like loosing inches but having scale drop down is fun too.....
