Go! Go! You've already committed the cash; now commit your time. Does LEF take more than 30 minutes? (Not counting stretching afterward). Don't tell me you can't find that time sometime when they're open! Plus, I'm willing to bet you'll find it's actually fun. And the size shrinkage makes it even better! So--go!
