i am new to this diet also and like you i never had a problem with weight until i got married 6 years ago since then i have gained 40 lbs!!i look at myself in the mirror and am shocked that thats me yuk!i also am a social drinker we go out about once a week maybe i will try the gin and tonics dont know if the bar we go to has low cal tonic though.i have been told i am not fat just full figured!! so full figured my belly is now bigger than my boobs!!so maybe if we stick together we will make it to our goals mine is to loose at least 30 lbs,hope i make it.see ya
