As far as the diarreah is concerned...are you eating Atkins bars or anything that has sugar alcohols in it? That will cause bathroom problems for some people. Take baby steps until you get to where you can take bigger steps. You are on the right road! As far as your sister-in-law, well I guess she meant well. I've got some of those in my family too.
