How to get more fat into my diet?
I'm pretty sure someone else would've asked this question. (forgive me for asking again
I've noticed that my entries in Fitday usually comes down to equal amount of protein and fat. From what I've read, you need more fat than protein on Atkins. I've added salad dressing, cream cheese and butter to my diet, but I can never seem to add more fat to my diet. I'm not a big fan of beef or pork or nuts, usually eat lean chicken or fish. I've noticed I add more fat if I eat sugar-free chocolate, but they give me horrible gas and I do not want to consume them everyday.
Could anyone suggest some gas-free ideas on how I can add more fat to my diet?
