Once you get most of your custom foods entered it gets easier. The reason I like it is I have a hard time getting enough protien, it tells me how many grams I'm getting a day. I also have a hard time getting enough calories and around 60-70% of my calories from fat. Fitday tells me all that, plus how many carbs I'm having so hidden carbs won't sneak in. It also gives a report on whether I'm meating my nutricional needs so I can tell if I need to take more of a certain suppliment or less.
After sticking to this WOE for a while you get so accustomed to what you can and can't eat, many don't need it any longer. I've found though that without it my total calories ate and fat % drop way too low and I stop losing weight.
