This is really great for picking up meal suggestions – keep them coming.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast – 2 eggs scrambled + pork sausage
Lunch – 1 c salad greens, sardines in olive oil, 2tbspn mayo
Dinner – pan fried steak with mushrooms cooked in garlic & butter and 2 tbspn cream. 1oz goats cheese + 1 oz strong cheddar to finish.
Snacks: 6 slices ham + decaf coffee with 1 tbspn cream.
The steak dish is highly recommended & very easy! Will post today’s once I've planned dinner.
