I do not do breakfast Since quitting toasted bagels w/butter I cant seem to stand anything else besides my coffe mug with a pack of Splenda.
Lunch is often chicken breast with some salad, other times it's just salad with 2 eggs & ham. 4 or 5 strawberries or 15 raspberries. Yes I count them
Dinner could be pork chops, omlette, chicken souvlaki, my variation of stir fry chicken, SF jello, herbal tea with Splenda.
I try to create a variety of meals during the week for dinner since my husband eats any type of food. I mean I have 4 kinds of ice cream in the fridge and chocolate croissants on the kitchen table.
