Hi all.

I've used the search function, and seen many wonderful looking cheesecake recipes. (OK, I'm about to sound kinda strange)... While I LOVE cheesecake, I don't care too much for cream cheese, (without an everything bagel surrounding it). I DO really like the firm cheesecakes though.

Question:
Of the different LC cheesecakes you've seen here, which is the most firm? (As opposed to the onese that are more creamy or like mousse).
