SBD Dressings

Hi,

I am on day 1 of the SBD and I have a question, am I allowed balsamic vinager with oil on my salad and as far as salad dressings go if I use creamy ceasar am I supposed to buy a low fat kind or regular.

I would buy the low fat creamy casear. I like to use low fat or fat free italian though, as it is pretty low in sugar, and really low in fat!

also olive, flax, and canola oil are the recommended oils used on SBD~
