I am Finally Losing Again!
Thanks for everybody's support here the scale is finally moving again after a 1 month stall!!
Some tip to consider... - Atkins bars, eat once in a blue moon, not a a regular snack. - Don't go more than 4 waking hours without eating - Chewing gum, coffee, these type of foods do have carbs, make sure you count! REMEMBER how easy it is to gain a few pounds back and how hard it is to lose... |

That's great I was eating a bar a day and stopped a week ago and lost 2 pounds, I will have 1 or 2 a week now. I mostly snack on pork grinds and seltzer (flavored, no sugar) and a string cheese or 12 macadamia nuts. I started June 11th and have lost 9 pounds and seven inches..
