Is yogurt okay?

Hi,

Atkins says no yogurt, but I was reading some other info that says plain full-fat yogurt is okay because the live cultures "eat" the sugars or some such. They said while a cup of yogurt might be classified as 10-11 carbs, the ECC is only 4.

Anyone have the scoop on this? Do some of you regularly eat plain yogurt? Any stall problems?

I eat full fat yogurt all the time and haven't noticed any problems with it. Here's a thread about it: Eat that full fat yogurt!
