You've made a huge step in the right direction by READING THE BOOK :read2: !! So many don't and end up setting themselves up for problems. I see everybody pointed out water and veggies, but don't forget your supplements, too! A good multi and a cal/mag combo are a good start. Search the forum for more suggestions, tho.
