what r best staples to buy to make my own LC bread, biscuits, etc.?

I do kinda miss my breads, especially biscuits. What are some basic things that I need to have on hand in order to make LC bread, biscuits, muffins, etc.? I have read a lot of recipes and cannot come up with the best basic list on my own. Any help would be appreciated.

From what I've seen ,you should just follow the recipes you have seen - there are so many - stick with one plan, such as Atkins', and follow the recipes he gives in his book and on his website, as well as other recipes that call for his products - as, if you follow a certain plan, chances are, common ingredients are shared throughout the diet plan. Try tasty alternatives as well - LC affords some major opportunities for tasty dishes in and of itself - with virtually no carbs!

Thanks,
