Sunflower seeds

My dad works at a plant that makes and packs pemmican beef jerky, Slim Jims,Andy Capp Fries, and Davids sunflower seeds.

He brings shit home all the time, the best of which is Chocolate coveres sunflower seed kernals, just teh meat, covered in chocotlate...soooo good...anyways tonight he brought home a little bag of just regular deshelled sunflower seed kernals.

look at the NutriFacts on the back

Serving size 1/4 cup
Servings per container about 3.5

Polyunsaturated fat 11g!!!
monosaturated fat 3g

Total Carbohydrate 5G

all that good fat, and a relativly low amount of carbs, thats only 70 calories of carbs per serving which isnt that much considering you are getting about 135 calories of deliscious healthy fat. I've stayed in ketosis on much larger amounts. I was gonna run to pick up some flax seed oil but my pockets are empty, this will do nicely
