Step Aerobic Video?

Hi, does anyone know of a good step aerobic video for the advanced user? I gave up my gym membership (I might have to rejoin) but I have a step bench here at home which I need to start using again. Any help will be appreciated.

You might want to try Step Heat by Cathe Friedrich, I ordered it a couple of years ago on line at http://www.activevideos.com/. Its a 60 min advanced step workout

Ms_Pat, That's the name I have been trying to remember. I know that she puts out some good videos but I had fogotten her name. Thankyou so much.

I love Kathy Smith's Power Step. I don't know how advanced it is---never heard of Friedrich---but I used to have her regular Step and it was much slower and repetitive. I love the Power Step.
