Cleansing

I have been on the Atkins diet since 01/23/04 and have done great. I started the owl phase and since I have been on this, I have felt great but my body seems to be cleaning it self out. It this normal. It has been six days now?

Yes diarreha happens sometimes in the first stages. Try a fiber supplement like sugar free metamucil -that will help with constipation or its opposite.
