Main Course Salads...
Let's make a list of out favorite dinner salads and ingredients:
feta cheese canned tuna hardboiled eggs bacon parm cheese cheddar cheese grilled chicken canned tuna meatloaf taco meat black pepper Creamy Caesar Creamy Italian Ranch Oil and Vinegar Italian Worchester Sauce I put all these on Romaine Lettuce. I lovvve main course salads and would really appreciate some more ideas. Thanks! |

My favorite is simple
BLT salad bacon cheddar cheese (cubed) baby spinach tomatoes (diced) cucumbers (cubed) then i splatter mayo everywhere! yummy! I also like taco salad hamburger (crumbled cooked with onions) cheddar cheese tomatoes lettuce (iceburg) salsa sour cream both of these r really easy but good. I also think no LCer should be without a george forman grill. I cook everything on mine. :spin: Jon |

Jeal that list sounds awesome!! YOu put all of that on one plate, how do u make it fit?? It sounds soo yummmy. I never thought of taking all those ingredients and combining them to make a sald. Thats incredible!! I will definitely have to try that.

Hamburger patty Lettuce Mushrooms Olives Tomato Ranch dressing Insta ranch burger salad. When in doubt in a dinner salad... add avocado! :) |

I've "invented" this one after Induction and now I eat it almost every day....
romain lettuce creamy avocado mozzarella or feta ham/turkey lots of good olive oil and italian vinegar *no sugar* sunflower seeds on top of it black peppar It get so creamy from avocado and sunflower seeds give that crunch. I think you can add almost anything you like to it. I promise to try yours! Alina |
I like beef salad with asian type dressing
thinly sliced beef (paper thin!) sliced onion sautee them in seseme oil and flavor with vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, ginger, and a dash of splenda. Pour on top of a bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, steamed asparagus. |
