yeah, found out about the rock hard ice cream.. lol.. but... what i do is make some up, put in the freezer for an hour, then take it out, and you have PERFECT mousse (well, it tastes good anyway..lol)

gunna try getting some different extracts and seeing what i can come up with i think...

never thought i'd see the day when i was talking cooking on a LC site.. lol.. wonders will never cease eh..

Love my nuts... when I need a quick snack to keep me satisfied until your next meal they are so handy.!!! I know that some have higher carbs but I really look at labels to see which ones are best after the fiber is deducted...haven't had any problems so far!!
