Default stress

Exercise, no I don't mean you have to do a couple hundred crunches. I'm talking about going for a walk, it doesn't even have to be at a fast pace. When I'm stressed, I grab my 6 six year old and we go for a walk, we collect treaures, rubber bands, talk about the snow, flowers, birds, weather, make up a story or walk on the beach. I have to get out of the house, I don't know if it is the change of venue or the fresh air, I realized I don't have to have the shower and the hair done to do this, a big step for me. I just go, everything will be waiting for me when I get home. I do this for myself.
Yours Truely Jo-Ann
