Question

Yeast??? Good or bad

I heard today that yeast may ccontribute to overeating and to your bodies lack of absorbtion when eating. Is this true. Would I be smart to cut yeast out of my plan. Also, my older brother is allergic to yeast. I have never been tested but I wonder what the signs would be. Anyone have a clue?

Slide on over to the Candida forum and you'll get lots of answers. Especially, have a look at the link Doreen has set up as a sticky:

By the way, you can read many more posts if you change the settings in the orange bar at the bottom. Where it says "Last Five Days" you could choose "From the Beginning"

The yeast avoidance diet made a difference for me. Good luck!
