Default Is it ok to combine BFL with LC WOL?

Hello

I have done various weight training programs before, mainly Body Rx, Physique Transformation, as well as BFL. I am now doing a hybrid of Atkins/Protien Power and loving it!! I have lost 20 lbs, down to 235. I have more energy, no heartburn, I ate more veggies than ever before, and I don't even crave carbs anymore.

However, I have not been to the gym since November......time issues and I hurt my elbow then. I need to get back into the swing of things. I have thought of doing the BFL exercise routine. Is it ok to combine this with LC eating?

Robin

I combine BFL with low carb eating and am getting good results. However, I have upped by carbs to the 60+ a day category to give me enough energy to get the most out of my workouts. But how many carbs you choose to consume is up to you.......just make sure you get enough protein!
