Default All you can eat crab

My wife and I are thinking about going to the local casino tomorrow night for Valentines Day. The reason is that they have a buffet, and they have all you can eat crab legs. My question is can I eat crab? This is the shell, still need to get it out crab. I am assuming that there is no carbs in it. The only other thing I would have would be the butter sauce to dip it in, and I am not sure what the carb count would be.

Any advice?

There is actually a very slight amount of carbs in crab. Nothing I would worry about myself, so eat up!

CRAB IS WONDERFUL, but I don't know for others, but if I eat a ton, it sort of makes my tummy rumble afterwards, but it's worth it every so often

Crab is a great LC food but it's usually pretty salty, so don't be surprised if you retain some water weight for a day or two.

Default Crab legs vs imitation crab

I'm new again........... Crabs is the reason I love this diet....... However I just found out that most "seafood salads" which I thought contain crab meat really contain imitation crab... This has ALOT of carbs... I was putting it over romain lettuce without salad dressing and counting it as 0 grams..... big mistake.....

Crabs legs though.... You're making me hungry....
