Default Dr. Atkins Carb Gram Counter

I notice that many of us LCers use Fitday to check on carb grams and it has caused some confusion. Does anyone else out there , besides me, use the Dr. Atkins carb gram counter? I does the math for you.

When I started Atkins back in December I used the printed out version quite a bit. But since finding out about fitday, I've found it a lot easier to use... no calculater needed.

I use the Atkins carb counter if I'm out, but at home and work, I'm afraid I'm a PC junkie, and I always use fitday.

However, I wasn't subtracting fiber from my carb count until recently. So I've been under-carbing, as it were, but I've got it now. Fitday is just so easy to use.

If I do eat out, I still enter everything into fitday when I get home to keep my total for the day accurate.

I've been using the Atkins Carb Calculator and Journal on their website:

http://atkinscenter.com/index.html

It's worked out just fine for me.
