Question

Xenadrine RFA (w/ ephedra)

I have been taking the Xenadrine w/ ephedra for about 5 weeks now, and I feel no burst of energy anymore as I did the first few weeks on it. Should I stop taking it for a while then start up again to get that energy "high" back? Any comments on Xenadrine w/ ephedra would be greatly appreciated.

How do I get my metabolism kicking again?

How do you know your metabolism has slowed? The "high" will fade over time, the thermogenic effect of ECA will increase over time (Dulloo, 1993; Astrup, 1985). People have been on ECA for 6 months in clinical studies with no ill effects - but that's a bit long for me.
