Dried plantain chips -- healthy RS starch
Not bad, just don't eat the whole bag at one sitting (45 carbs) First time I coated with olive oil and baked at 350*F for 15 min on a side, were OK but tough as a rawhide chew. This batch, no oil, slice diagonally, dry in convection toaster oven overnight on bake. Should hopefully turn out like the chips from Whole Paycheck
One ripe Plantain yields ~20 chips 45 net carbs or 14 / oz dried
