Confused about calories
I read in a previous message that calorie intake should be 10 to 12 times body weight. In my case, that would be 1450 to 1750 calories a day. I thought calorie counting was not part of this plan. According to fitday.com my carb intake is right on the mark (Fat intake averages 60-70%). I eat 3 meals a day and usually have 2 snacks. Total calories about 2000 per day. I think the extra calories come from the fats (butter, salad dressing, etc.) Should I limit those?
