Low-Carb Class for Dallas Folks

I just wanted to pass this along. There is going to be a low-carb information class at Ann's Heath Food Center, on Zang Blvd, in Dallas. We were there doing our weekly shopping there, and found out about it. It is going to be on Tuesday August 26th, and I BELIEVE it is from 7:00 - 8:30 in the evening.

Here is their information:

The cost is $5.00, but you get a free $10 Ketogenix goodie bag for attending.
