Question Candida and Keto shakes?

Hi. I have had an ongoing battle to try and find a shake that I could stomach, for those "I just can't cook and there is nothing on the fridge anyway" moments. But for 7 months I have had no luck. Until today, when my ever-so-expensive order from England arrived and in it was "Keto" choc fudge shake... I almost like it and am so relieved it wasn't yet more money down the drain. My question is... well I'm sure you can guess... Can i drink Keto Shakes while trying to beat the yeast??? I am freaked at the thought of giving up cheese and coffee. I tried not to have my morning coffee today, but by 2pm had a raging withdrawel headache and gave in. I bought a book about beating candida without medication and plan to attack this, but so much denial? It is scary and feels almost impossible.
Sorry for ranting.
Thanks, Doods.

Oh, and does anyone know an alternative to mayo? I am finding my turkey a bit dry, but i see that mayo contains vinegar...
Thanks, Doods.

You can make vinegar-free mayo and I believe the recipe is on this website somewhere...you could do a search for it in the posts or look in the recipe section.

Hi-I am sandy and new to this sight. I have had a problem with yeast for years and years.-in all of the years that I have dealt with candida-there is one product that has helped me more than anything. I am sorry-now I don't know if it is alright to give names or not-according to forum rules-will someone let me know if I can share this info or not. It is a product that a lot of chiropracters carry in their offices . Sandy
