Default High Carb Oysters??

I grabbed a can of some smoked oysters I had and checked the label and was SHOCKED to see it said 10g of carbs!!! I was like, WHAT???!!!!!!!!!! Since when does MEAT have carbs??? I mean, the can had oysters, oil and salt! That's IT! I checked my little carb/cal/fat book and it said oysters had carbs, too! But on the Atkins Induction list it shows oysters under seafood can be eaten plenty! So, I'm very confused now. I thought all meat had ZERO carbs.

At least the Kipper snack was zero carbs....

Help!
