Default Atkins Advantage bar fast (replace 2 meals) -> sucess!

Kinda funny that i lost weight on this meal plan...

breakfast: 2slices dempsters lowcarb bread (6carbs X 2 = 12) + natural peanut butter (3carbs)

postworkout: Iso Pro Lowcarb whey protein shake (2carbs)

Lunch: Atkins Advantage Pralines and cream bar (3carbs)

Snack: 30almonds (ummm... 9carbs?)

Dinner: Atkins Advantage Chocolate coconut bar (2carbs)

which computes to around 1300 calories ... 31carbs... 120protein

LOST 4lbs in 3days! woot! i think i have to up my protein intake though... maybe one more protein shake to bump it up to 150g protein to maintain my muscle

Thanks serrelind Nice arms! and your overall shape... WOW!

The past week, i was sooooo busy with projects and exams i didn't really have any time to prepare salads or cook some meat... sooo i rushed down to SND (i spend more than a bill every month there... ouch!)

I did the above for 4days, stepped on the scale yesterday and whoah!

Loading up on carbs (for my saturday and sunday carbload), 120carbs so far ... gotta love the weekends haha... oatmeal, flax cereal, wholewheat bread, etc

also bumped up my bench to 170lbs so i'm sooooo happy ... have 2exams coming up aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!
