Hi my name is Sue from Sydney, I have just came across this site thismorning so i'm still finding my way round. I started atkins 1/1/02 and so far doing well 87kg was my starting weight a week ago today my weight today is 83kg's and best of all i'm not missing my old eating habits. My goal weight is 67kgs and i think this time i CAN do it. I am 37 with three children ages 14, 9, and 1 and boy do i need my energy for the one year old.

Hope to hear from anyone close to home. ( i get stuck with this lb's stuff)

Does anyone know how to shop low carb here??? every thing is low fat high sugar!
